The 4th

I really need to get into real time with the posts.  Anyways, Happy belated 4th everyone!

We started the day off at 5:30 AM getting ready to run the Peachtree Road Race.  It is the largest 10K race in the US.  We were two of 55,000 runners!

Erin, Doug, and Quinn played with Art since strollers aren't allowed.  Here's Art and Quinn during lunch at Leons in Decatur.

Once we got cleaned up, we went to the Pelham's house for a small celebration.

Catching Up

I'm just now getting back to the blog since we were out of town.  Here's a little of what we've been up to.

Milagros ventured down from Pennsylvania. We were able to take the kids to Chick-fil-a for lunch one day while she was here. Here's Art and Sylvia playing inside.

We celebrated Sylvia's 3rd birthday with her and finally got a group picture.

Rub a Dub Dub

He's out of the duck tub and into the big boy tub! He was climbing all over the walls and has gotten a little long now so we decided to move on up to the big tub.

He enjoys it, but is all over the place. We need to buy him one of those spout covers since we don't have one.

Playing, playing, playing

He likes the tiny bottles of shampoo.

He is having a good time in the tub, but won't sit still for us to clean him up. I also installed the Frog Pod toy drainer thing so now when we're done, it is super easy to scoop up and dry out all of the toys.

Bumper Boats

Can you spot the girl amongst all of the boys? Lillian is the only little one in all of the group. We're enjoying Yhaira and Lillian's pool.

More Food

Are you shocked that you are seeing another food posting? Here are some funny ones.

He loves beans. He even decided to wear these.

He points now and says "da" (for that). It is nice to know a little bit better of what he wants.

This is after eating black beans. He looks like he has a 5 o'clock shadow.

He tried to eat the carrots, but it just wasn't working out. He likes the peas and would not touch the rice. Our Canadian friends gave him this hockey bib!

Past the Neanderthal Stage

He is intrigued by us eating and really wanted to use a fork. Check this out.

He usually doesn't walk with this thing, but he was on a roll with the big stroller so I gave him something his size.
