It was Homecoming weekend so we participated in all of the festivities. We brought the little guy as well to his first official tailgate. It was tons of fun until it was naptime.
He is in the stroller right now. The parade has just started and the band is about to walk by. He was intrigued, but the drums scared him a little. No crying, but he had a look of worry on his face.
Ah, as long as he has food, he's happy.
He's free! He didn't walk in the street too much, but we kept an eye on him.

He was interested in the Chick-fil-a cow, but got a little scared when he got closer. He did give him a high 5.
He's probably pointing at one of the police motorcycles that drove by. They were around after every float.
Yay! Family picture!
Part of our tailgate watching the parade.
He finally meets Quinn for the first time as a toddler. Of course, he didn't care.
Here's Quinn again after the parade back at the tailgate. Quinn is Brian's coworker's son. He was born at the end of June 2009.
Playing with his favorite toy at the tailgate.
The boys were playing cornhole and Art wanted to join in. He understood that the beanbags went into the hole.
Catherine and Arthur! She watched him for us so we could go to a hockey game last year.
