Ok, he helped by looking really cute. It was quite a bit to juggle getting out of the backyard with the wheelbarrow without the dog escaping, but we managed to do it twice.
I have to fight with him to use the hand trowel and shovel because he loves to pretend that he is using them, but he makes a good companion when we do yardwork.
