Who knew after 7 1/2 years that a dwarf bunny could still be fun? Yep, Trinity has been outliving all of our expectations and has been a part of the family for 7.5 years. (I wonder how excited he would be if we still had the 3 guinea pigs, too! For the curious pet owners, they only lived about 3 years.)
While doing yardwork, Art saw her in the cage and made the bunny face. (It is similar to his fish face.) I told him we could bring her in to pet her. Luckily she is so old and is quite a calm bunny.
He loved it for about 10 minutes and even put his head next to her and said, "awww."
We have to cut her teeth every few weeks because she has a broken jaw. They would usually rub against each other to grind down, but not this one. She has been this way for probably 6 years.
